I am inspired by many of the artists I studied while growing up and attending art school, including Picasso, Van Gogh, Monet, Matisse, Cézanne, Degas, El Greco, Velázquez, and many others whose work continues to influence my artistic journey.
Rooted in Post-Impressionism, Expressionism, and Naïve Art, my paintings use expressive color, movement, and simplified forms to capture mood rather than reality. I am drawn to memory, atmosphere, and the quiet beauty found in everyday landscapes, creating works that balance observation with emotion.
From a very young age, I have felt a deep need to express myself through art. Painting has always been a form of therapy and self-discovery. I often begin with a clear vision of a piece, yet I allow the creative process to guide me, embracing unexpected directions and transformations along the way.
Over the years, collectors and viewers have shared how the color, energy, and movement within my work bring them a sense of joy and positivity. Their connection to my paintings has inspired me to continue evolving as an artist, refining my technique and deepening my practice with every new piece I create.
